The Pardeeville High School’s (Students Taking Alternate Routes) S.T.A.R. to Success program is designed to develop skills and behaviors that will lead to success in school and life. This program offers students who have struggled in the traditional educational setting an alternative path to a successful education and graduation. Students primarily use the NovaNet software based on the National Curriculum Standards to earn credits at their own pace.
S.T.A.R. to Success will soon be adding a program called the GED Option 2 program pending Department of Public Instruction approval. Some of the requirements are passing five GED tests in addition to passing courses in American Government, Health, Personal Finance, Careers, and Physical Education. Students must also be employed, perform community service, and present a graduation project.
